PBC Solutions maintains a privacy program to support compliance with the Personal Information  Protection Act (PIPA) and has appointed a Chief Privacy Officer.

Personal Information Access Request

Under PIPA, you have the right to request access to your personal information in the custody or control of PBC Solutions. 

To make a request for access to information, complete this form and send it to Privacy@pbcsolutions.ca

Under PIPA you may also request a correction to your personal information if you believe there has been an error or omission in your personal information. To request a correction contact: Privacy@pbcsolutions.ca
