PBCS sponsors team member Julia Chisholm as she strives for the 2028 Paralympic Games

Julia Chisholm, a member of our Claims team, is an inspiring force in the world of adaptive sports. She's now setting her sights on the 2028 Paralympic Games, representing Canada in both para powerlifting and sitting volleyball.

Julia’s journey is one of incredible resilience. After a cancer diagnosis in her early twenties led to the amputation of her lower leg, she didn’t let adversity define her.

Instead, she’s become a decorated para-athlete and a vocal disability advocate, on top of her existing role as a dedicated professional in our Claims team.

Our sponsorship will support Julia’s training, travel, and competition needs as she pursues her Paralympic dreams.

We're proud to support Julia—and to learn from the strength, determination, and leadership she brings to everything she does. The sponsorship also reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment where all abilities are recognized and valued.
